- I am a Senior Scientist II in the Biologics Discovery (BD) department at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (Spring House, PA), where I lead the protein quantification and purity evaluation team within the automated high-throughput protein expression and purification group. My group develops and implements high-throughput analytical workflows that provide accurate concentration measurements, purity assessments, and data pipelines across scalable expression platforms to de-risk and accelerate hit-to-lead progression for biologics programs.
• While maintaining day-to-day operational excellence, I have directed a multi-disciplinary scientific team and partnered with External Innovations and Legal to evaluate and onboard external assets; developed go/no-go strategy that guided licensing and contract negotiations.
• I provide scientific leadership for the preclinical progression of mAbs and multispecifics across oncology and immunology programs, driving hit to lead, lead selection, and successful transition to IND enabling activities. - I was awarded the inaugural Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine BD 3-pillar award in the science category for exemplary contributions to BD’s mission of innovation with courage and collaboration with care in 2024.
- Served as podium presenter, panelist and moderator of breakout session at the PEGSBoston 2026
Prior to joining J&J, I served as a research faculty at Yale University and developed end-to-end functional pipelines Integrating CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, single cell RNA seq, and NGS to create and phenotype in vitro human disease models.
Led strategic design and generation of isogenic knock in and rescue iPSC lines in cerebral organoids to model lissencephaly spectrum disorders; work enabled translational assay development and was published in Nature http://bit.ly/4g91JNz
• Launched and managed a fee for service cell line engineering program in a client facing role while partnering with the business operations and scientists
• Collaborated as Key Opinion Leader (KOL) with Integrated DNA Technologies to validate Alt R reagents and RNP based CRISPR/Cas9 delivery for personalized medicine.
• Mentor at the American Society of Human Genetics Annual Meeting (2019), world’s largest gathering of human genetics professionals.

I completed postdoctoral training in the Section of Cardiology, Department of Internal Medicine, at Yale School of Medicine where I established a multiplexed and scalable CRISPR/Cas9 RNA library and delivery platform. I received my doctoral degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from Texas A&M University, where I characterized gene regulatory networks that modulate the Wnt signaling pathway.
I bring a cross-disciplinary background spanning genome engineering, next-gen sequencing, automation and high-throughput protein expression & analytics to translational biologics discovery. I have served as a leader in different organizations and have won awards and honors for my leadership, research, teaching, mentoring, and selfless service.

I completed my postdoctoral training at the Yale Cardiovascular Research Center in the Department of Internal Medicine, Yale School of Medicine, New Haven, CT. I earned my doctoral degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the Department of Biology, Texas A&M University, College Station, TX.
I have presented my research at national and international conferences in academic and corporate sector, served as a mentor for American Society of Human Genetics, discussion leader at Gordon Research Seminar, reviewer for several journals and judge in science competitions. I have served as a leader in different organisations and have won awards and honors for my leadership, research, teaching, mentoring, outreach, and community service.
